We are currently recruiting for an Operator Recruiter to join one of our well-established clients in London.
Skills and Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition.
Experience within construction, plant hire, logistics or infrastructure would be advantageous.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work at pace and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Comfortable working closely with operational teams and candidates.
A driven and proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
Someone who can build strong relationships with candidates, depot managers and operational teams.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A results-focused approach with the ability to manage competing recruitment requirements.
An understanding of plant operators, construction or similar operational recruitment would be highly desirable.
