The facilities team on this site are not only responsible for the maintenance of the building and the surroundings, we also take care of a number of yard operations, including waste management, the loading/unloading of vehicles and transportation of items across site

As a yard operative, you will be part of the Facilities team and will be responsible for:
Loading and unloading of vehicles
Waste management across the site
General housekeeping around the yard areas
Delivery of mail/packages to intended recipients.
Exchanging water bottles in dispensers
General yard operations
Dealing with visitors including customer representatives, carriers, and Internal staff in a professional and courteous manner
Prepare items ready for dispatch and verify paperwork.
Technical Skills/Knowledge.
A team player with good communications skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
A valid counterbalance certificate for unloading and loading vehicles.
A valid Forklift license
