Description:

Job Title: Shift Operator
Salary: Up to £15 per hour!
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate packing machinery efficiently and accurately.
Stack boxes onto pallets according to specified guidelines.
Weigh, wrap, and label bags and pallets with precision.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.
Utilise a counterbalance forklift to manoeuvre stock safely and effectively.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control standards.Requirements:

You must have a valid counterbalance licence
Previous experience within a factory / working a production line would be preferred.Benefits:
