Operations, Finance & Executive Support

Location: London

Position: Full‑time

About the Role TML Recruitment is recruiting for an Operations, Finance & Executive Support to provide the operational, financial, and administrative backbone of a growing professional services business. This senior role combines finance management, executive support, HR and payroll administration, office management, company secretarial duties, and supplier coordination, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day running and effective support for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Finance & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records, manage Xero, prepare VAT returns, oversee invoicing, payments, and cashflow forecasting.

* Executive Support: Provide proactive diary and meeting management for senior leadership, prepare briefing materials, and handle confidential correspondence.

* Office Management: Oversee facilities, IT onboarding, software licensing, and cross‑company workflows.

* HR & Payroll Administration: Maintain employee records, coordinate recruitment administration, liaise with HR advisers, and manage payroll submissions and benefits.

* Company Secretarial & Governance: Maintain statutory registers, manage filings, and ensure compliance across group entities.

* Event Planning: Organise client hospitality, corporate activities, and internal team events.

* Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as liaison with accountants, HR advisers, IT providers, and external consultants.

Candidate Profile

* Highly organised operations professional with strong finance and administrative experience.

* Skilled in Xero bookkeeping, VAT administration, invoicing, payroll, and HR processes.

* Confident supporting senior management with executive assistance and governance duties.

* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Professional, discreet, and calm under pressure, with proven stakeholder management capability.
