Operations Support Operative
Location: Trax Park, Doncaster
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week, 1 Monday to Friday
Salary: £27,024 plus 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits including cycle to work scheme
About the Role
We're looking for an Operations Support Operative to join our team in Doncaster. You'll play a key part in maintaining stock integrity, working closely with the wider Operations teams to ensure a joined-up approach.
As part of your key responsibilities, you'll:
Investigate and analyse product returns, including the processing of internal returns and stock transfer orders
Assist in the investigation of customer reported shortages
Investigate and process non-conforming receipts
Work closely with the Operations teams to ensure a joined-up approach to maintaining stock integrity
About You
We'd love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you'd be able to perform well in this role!
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and diligence
Self-motivated and organised, able to meet deadlines, with good communication skills
The ability to interrogate data and make meaningful decisions
A track record of working to agreed timelines, with the ability to plan and prioritise activities
A team player who is able to flex and react to ever-changing situations
A good understanding of WMS systems
Confident IT skills, including the use of Microsoft and Google applications
An MHE licence, or a willingness to be trained in the use of MHE
A good standard of education is desirable but not essential
