JCO Healthcare is working on behalf of a respected care provider to recruit an Operations Support Manager to support services across Scotland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Manager, Peripatetic Manager or Regional Support professional looking to make a wider operational impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Home Managers to deliver outstanding care and compliance
* Drive service improvement and quality outcomes
* Support homes through inspections and action plans
* Improve operational performance, occupancy and team engagement
* Provide hands-on leadership across a portfolio of services
About You
* Previous care home management or operational leadership experience
* Nurse Qualification
* Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards
* Proven track record of service improvement
* Excellent leadership, coaching and relationship-building skills
* Able to travel across Scotland as required
