Hours: Monday to Thursday - 08:00-16:30 and Friday 07:00-15:30
Pay Per Hour: £12.15 (Overtime 40 hours+ is £18.23)
Job Role: As a Operations Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation. Your responsibilities will
* Making sure all customers are dealt with promptly and professionally.
* Generating delivery documentation for both Pallet and parcel networks are carried out efficiently.
* Identify any potential issues that may arise within each sector.
* Communicate with other departments effectively and make sure time timelines are always hit.
* Relationship build with customers and employees and maintain that bond.
* General office-based work with regards to computer-based work with microsoft programmes.
* Work closely with third parties and make sure the pallet/parcel network runs smoothly.
