We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facility. From overseeing daily operations to managing a team of warehouse staff, your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders and efficient inventory management.
Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and performance standards.
Implement and enforce safety procedures to create a secure work environment for all employees.
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and optimize storage space.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping and receiving process.
Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience working as a supervisor in logistics or travel.
Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
