Glasgow’s favourite fishmongers is looking for a dynamic Operations Supervisor to enable them to thrive beyond the supply of over 200 restaurants with fish and poultry daily.
This role is not for the faint-hearted, but for a robust Operations Supervisor with a flair for multitasking and a passion for nurturing business growth alongside the Operations Director. You will orchestrate the daily symphony of sales, customer interactions, order processing and logistical coordination.

Exceptional communication skills, ensuring that every customer interaction and transaction is executed with precision and professionalism.
You will embrace a work schedule designed to optimise your time, with a 45-hour week running from Tuesday to Saturday, igniting the day's operations at the stroke of midnight.
