Monday - Thursday: 8:00am
4:30pmFriday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Project Manager to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Warwick.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and driven Project Manager to take ownership of a range of operational projects that will improve production capability, increase efficiency, and support the company's long-term growth plans.
The Role
As an Operations Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a variety of operational improvement projects from start to finish. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead operational projects from concept through to completion.
* Manage facility upgrades, equipment installations, production capacity improvements, site relocations and layout changes.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to daily operations.
* Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks and resources.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers and key stakeholders throughout each project.
* Build strong working relationships across the business to ensure successful project delivery.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience managing projects within a manufacturing, engineering, logistics or operational environment.
* A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience using project management tools or recognised project management methodologies (desirable).
