You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution centre, ensuring productivity, cost efficiency, health & safety, and performance targets are met to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll also play a key role in strategic planning and decision-making, driving the distribution centre towards long-term success.
What you’ll need
Proven leadership and management experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
Previous change management / transformational change experience
The ability to drive continuous improvement and quality culture
Project management experience

Salary – 80k – 100k
Working hours - Monday to Friday
Contract – 12-month FTC, with the potential to be made permanent. This role may suit someone who has previously worked as a Supply Chain Director, Logistics Director, Supply Chain Consultant, Head of Logistics, Director of Logistics and Warehouse Operations, Head of Warehouse Operations
