WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING PROFESSIONAL REQUIRED TO MANAGEMENT A GROWING WASTE OPERATION
SALARY: Circa £48-60,000
TITLE: Operations Manager – Recycling Plant
LOCATION: Wellingborough Area
ROLE: Operations Manager – Recycling Plant
As Operation Manager you will oversee a recycling plant
You will manage a team of staff
You will work with maintenance to ensure equipment is running
You will manage performance via set KPI’s
You will ensure safety and environmental compliance on the plant
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Site Manager - Waste Management & Recycling Operations Yard
You will have experience working in the waste & recycling, or quarry & aggregates sector
Excellent man management skills.
You will Ideally have a WAMITAB / COTC Level 4
IOSH or NEBOSH Qualifications a plus
