Operations Manager - High Rise Re-clad Projects

£90K - £100K + Car / Allowance + Benefits
We are working with a leading national regeneration contractor to recruit an Operations Manager to join their highly successful team in Bedfordshire.
The Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering multiple high rise planned maintenance programs including cladding and roofing works. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience on high rise or high risk buildings working for a Main Contractor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Operations / Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Project Managers, Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.
Operations Manager Key Skills/Requirements:
Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specified
Experience as an Operations Manager delivering multiple high rise or risk buildings
Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
Focus on quality, customer service and deliver
Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivery of additional works
Client and tenant satisfaction
Process Management
Management of the customer
Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
SMSTS & NVQ Level 6 or equivalent Operations Manager Salary & Package
