Operations Manager / Pharmacy Area Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an Operations Manager / Pharmacy Area Manager to join a rapidly growing independent pharmacy group with 11 pharmacies currently in operation and ambitious plans to expand to 20+ sites.

Role Details:

* Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (40 hours per week)

* Working Hours: 40 hours per week

* Role: Operations Manager / Pharmacy Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive operational performance across multiple pharmacy branches.

* Lead and develop pharmacy teams to ensure high standards of service.

* Oversee stock control and improve operational efficiency.

* Support the implementation and growth of NHS and private pharmacy services.

* Work closely with pharmacy managers to improve performance and achieve business objectives.

* Assist with the expansion and integration of new pharmacy sites.
