POST Recruitment are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a small but hugely successful business based in Morley.
Principle Duties
* To deliver agreed plans and budgets, including established level of service and service quality
* Taking a lead role and driving performance and growth of the team
* To ensure cost efficient delivery of the service and ensure cost control is monitored for any works that are carried out
* Streamlining and improving operational processes
* Dynamically analyse and manage information, systems and data both retrospectively and proactively to ensure continuous improvement of service performance
* To effectively manage the teams in all areas of people management, development, absence management and compliance
* Account manage clients day to day and during the roll-out of new business
* Liaise with external bodies to improve performance
* Report to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
* Excellent people leadership, coaching and communications skills within a fast paced environment.
* Organised, determined and confident with a strong personality
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
* Superb attention to detail and ability to follow and improve processes and procedures, and be a forward thinker
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be advantageous
