Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Waste / Recycling company in their search for an Operations Manager to work based at their depot in Wrexham
For the successful Operations Manager our client is offering:
£35,000 Per Annum
8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
Full-time permanent position

The role - Operations Manager:
Responsible for managing and improving the overall operational performance of the site
3 direct reports and 20 Operational staff indirectly reporting
Focusing on route efficiency, route planning, and the allocation of operational staff to routes
Working with other Operation Managers to help maintain and improve operational performance across all depots
What our client is looking for in an Operations Manager
Experience in operation management and route planning - ESSENTIAL
Excellent communication, inter-personal analytical and Microsoft skills
A full driving licence and flexibility to travel for meetings/training/site visits - ESSENTIAL
Be able to work in a team, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and have a flexible approach
Key skills or similar Job titles: Operation Manager, Logistics Manager, Site Manager, Operations Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Fleet Manager, Area Manager
