Are you passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment while ensuring operational excellence within the criminal justice system? We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibility:
Promoting a positive work culture and respectful behavior with clients and colleagues.
Ensuring compliance with MoJ/NPS requirements for AP residents.
Supporting psychologically informed practices and an Enabling Environment approach.
Managing all aspects of staff supervision and development.
Enforcing protocols and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
Participating in risk assessments and referrals.
Overseeing Health and Safety in a high-risk setting.
Representing the organization at internal and external forums.
Providing on-call management cover for APs.
Facilitating staff contributions to sentence plans.
Guiding staff in delivering purposeful activities.
Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of the criminal justice system and re-offending reduction pathways.
Understanding of trauma's emotional and behavioral impact.
Proficiency in data management and MS Office.
Numeracy skills and financial interpretation ability.
Knowledge of safeguarding principles.
