Are you an experienced Operations Manager in the Social Housing Refurbishment Sector?

Our Client, a National Housing Contractor are looking for an Operations Manager in the Northeast.

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and support a team  including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.

Conduct budget reviews and report budget plans to senior management team.

Manage and oversee multiple social housing refurbishment projects, ensuring operational efficiency.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with Clients, Local Authorities and other stakeholders.

What we need from you:

Previous experience within Social Housing refurbishment projects.

Strong Leadership and team management skills.

In-depth knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
