Key aspects of the role:
Managing a team of Project Managers, Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.
Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.
Primarily surveying a radius of 20 miles from Nottingham.
Working on Social Housing schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing.
You'll also be involved in decarbonisation works such as Ground Source Heat Pumps and Solar.
What you'll need:
Essential:
Social Housing refurbishment, decent homes, retrofit, decarbonisation, responsive repairs, maintenance experience.
UK Driving Licence
CSCS Card
SMSTS/SSSTS
First Aid at work
