We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity with a renowned leader in the Health and Social Care Market. Our client has been a key player in the Domiciliary Care Market for over a decade, recently strengthening their position as a market leader by acquiring several companies across the North of the UK in 2023. They are now seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join their team in the Northwest.
Role Overview: We are searching for an experienced Operations Manager with a proven track record in overseeing Homecare Services at an Operational or Regional Manager level. This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of care and operational efficiency across our services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire and guide a team of Registered Managers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and business results. Foster a culture of teamwork, dedication, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee the financial health of services, balancing profitability with high-quality care standards. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and payroll processes efficiently.
* Ensure all services comply with regulatory and legislative standards. Maintain excellent customer service and effectively handle complaints and suggestions.
* Enhance management systems, drive operational efficiencies, and cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders to elevate the company’s reputation.
* Implement robust recruitment and onboarding processes. Lead cultural change initiatives and enhance employee engagement.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience as an Operations or Registered Manager, ideally in Homecare or Supported Living.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as CQC or Local Authority contract compliance.
* Exceptional organisational, administrative, and computer skills (proficiency in MS Office).
* Excellent analytical skills for data analysis and report preparation.
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
* Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
* Compassionate and caring, with a genuine passion for making a positive impact on individuals' lives.
