What you’ll be doing:
* Ensuring plant meets H&S, quality and service targets
* Develop, manage and lead a team towards success
* Implement positive strategic changes across plant
* Oversee compliance with regards personnel, engineering, safety and quality
* Take ownership for issues relating to supply chain, stock availability and procurement
