Country Operations Manager (Electronics Manufacturing environment) - On site - Near Wolverhampton (£55k-£68k + 7-10% bonus)

We are excited to present an outstanding career opportunity with a highly reputable global organisation based within the electronics manufacturing industry for an Operations Manager for the UK, based on site close to Wolverhampton.

About the Job: As a Country Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the organisations ongoing success by overseeing a diverse team across the UK, with a team size of around 75 employees and 4-5 direct reports. This role offers a unique chance for a proven operations management professional to thrive in a renowned industry leader that values technical and engineering expertise.

Responsibilities:

* Drive continuous operational excellence by ensuring performance, managing customer requirements, and collaborating with internal business development and sales teams.

* Develop and grow relationships with Major Accounts to enhance customer satisfaction.

* Take full responsibility for meeting key customer performance metrics, including ship on time and revenue

* Deliver and forecast business results through strategic planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams using software such as Salesforce.

* Drive operational transformation initiatives to remain competitive, improve efficiency, quality and cost.

* Collaborate with internal teams for IT and analytics, digital transformation, and process improvements.

* Work closely with the European and worldwide Delivery structure and Engineering Team to maintain high-quality standards and compliance.

* Promote and foster a culture of openness, transparency, and inclusiveness within the team.

Requirements:

* Degree educated in Business, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

* Technical or high-level understanding of multiple customer industries, ideally within an Electronics Manufacturing environment.

* Experience with CRM & ERP systems and databases, Salesforce highly desirable.

* Proven people management experience, with the ability to motivate and positively impact employees

* Willingness to travel periodically as the job requires. (25% travel)
