Coventry | £60,000 - £70,000 | Monday - Friday (Days)

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced technical repair operation, driving quality, productivity and continuous improvement while managing a high-performing team. You'll play a key role in delivering industry-leading service levels within a time-critical environment and have the autonomy to influence operational strategy and performance.

What we're looking for:

Proven Operations Management experience within manufacturing, production, logistics or warehousing
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement
Experience leading large operational teams and delivering against KPIs, SLAs and quality targets
Passion for driving efficiency, process improvements and operational excellence
