The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll lead warehouse operations across two London sites, ensuring food moves efficiently from intake through to redistribution. citeturn3search1

Key responsibilities include:

Leading day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple sites.
Managing and developing a team of frontline managers and warehouse colleagues.
Driving continuous improvement across safety, compliance, efficiency and service.
Improving operational planning, stock control and warehouse processes.
Supporting the implementation of new systems and ways of working.
Building a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a people-focused operational leader who can bring energy, structure and positive change to a fast-paced environment.

You'll Need:

Experience managing warehouse, logistics, distribution or operational teams.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and engage people.
Experience improving processes, performance and operational standards.
The confidence to implement change while bringing teams with you.
A hands-on management style with strong shop-floor presence.
A passion for purpose-led organisations and making a tangible difference.
