Career Makers is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established care provider, based at their head office in Stockton-on-Tees. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to oversee multiple care services, support Home Managers and drive high standards across nursing, residential and dementia care settings. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and the continued delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities as an Operations Manager:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple care homes, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery.
* Support and develop Home Managers, promoting strong leadership and effective team performance.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures and relevant legislation.
* Monitor service performance, quality assurance audits and improvement plans.
* Drive operational efficiency while maintaining excellent standards of resident care and wellbeing.
Requirements as an Operations Manager:
* Previous experience in an Operations Manager or senior multi-site management role within the care sector.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care home operations.
* Proven experience supporting and developing Registered Managers or Home Managers.
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* A relevant Health & Social Care qualification, ideally Level 5 or above.
