Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking for your next challenge with a growing, award-winning multinational business?
We are seeking a hands-on, driven Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and operational teams from our Kilmarnock site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful international organisation recognised for excellence across its industry.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take ownership of warehouse operations, stock management, goods-in processes, transport coordination and team performance, ensuring exceptional service levels and operational efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading day-to-day warehouse and operational activities.
Driving performance across stock control, picking, goods-in and logistics.
Building strong relationships with internal departments and key external partners.
Developing, motivating and coaching high-performing teams.
Ensuring operational KPIs, service standards and Health & Safety requirements are consistently achieved.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
Strong people management and team development skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.
What We Offer
Salary up to £48,000.
