LOCATION: Commutable from Hull, Beverley, York, Selby, Doncaster, Pocklington, Market Weighton, Malton and Bridlington

THE ROLE: My client are a specialist within the interiors finishes sector, completing works such as tape & joint works, painting & decorating, and specialist wall finishes works. Currently they are going through an extremely busy period of organic growth and are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their already successful and developing team. You will be responsible for managing, reviewing and preparing a range of documentation, along with management of on-site teams at a range of locations.

DUTIES:

- To manage and oversee the complete cycle works, from pre-construction to final handover
- To work with a range of both On-Site and Off-Site clients
- Ensure that projects are completed within set budgets, to agreed timeframes and to the highest of standards
- Work closely with internal teams, agreeing project plans which will include scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation
- To conduct site visits as and when required to ensure that all works are been completed to agreed standards
- Identify any potential issues, delays or risks that may have an impact on project delivery
- To mentor and lead on site teams, offering guidance and support when needed

EXPERIENCE:

- Experience within a Contracts Manager role previously working in the Interior/Finishes sector
- To have successfully delivered a range of projects simultaneously working with a range of clients previously

ABOUT YOU:

- To have extensive knowledge of the Interior/Finishing sector
- To have excellent leadership and communication skills, been able to promote and build relationships with both internal teams and external clients
- To be a motivated Contracts Manager who has the succession of the team and business at the forefront of their priorities
- To have an exceptional discipline to time-management
- Solid understanding of cost-control and budgeting
- To be a self-driver with a clear vision for building success
