Operations Executive ***High Growth SME***
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 Per annum + Share Options + 12.5% Bonus + Pension + Life Insurance and Holiday.
Location: Remote with fully expensed travel to Bristol & Gloucestershire ideally 1 day per week.

Our client is a rapidly expanding, multi-channel food and wellness brand that has swiftly become a leader in their category since. Achieving an impressive eight-figure run rate, our clients award-winning products are renowned for being delicious, healthy, and sustainable.

We are seeking to recruit a Operations Executive to support the Head of Operations in ensuring smooth operations, timely deliveries, and stock availability. You will manage day-to-day supply chain issues with our clients 3PL providers and maintain stock levels across all territories. Additionally, you will assist in procuring raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
This role offers growth opportunities in line with our clients expanding presence in the EU and US markets.

Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee daily supply chain operations to ensure smooth deliveries and maintain stock levels across all territories.
Manage 3PL providers, addressing any issues promptly.
Collaborate with the internal team and retail/wholesale customers to manage demand and maintain top-tier service levels.
Organize inbound deliveries per production plans and maintain optimal stock levels of finished goods, packaging, and raw materials across UK and EU supply chains.
Support the Head of Operations in developing and implementing new projects as needed.
Utilize the ERP system for daily operations and help build efficient internal business processes.

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain or operational roles, ideally within an FMCG or D2C environment.
Preferred background in start-up or SME settings.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt your style and build relationships at all levels.
Detail-oriented while maintaining a strategic perspective.
Innovative thinker unafraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
Proficient, or quick to learn, various business software.
Open, honest, enthusiastic, and authentic.
