This is a busy and varied position working within a fast-paced environment. It’s a great role for you to use your communication and organisational skills within, where you can build and develop strong relationships and help to push the business forward

Your role will involve:

· Developing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service

· Onboarding new and renewal clients and gaining an understanding of each customer’s business objectives and expectations of the product

· Becomming a product expert - delivering memorable demo assistance to the clients

· Acting as point of contact for inbound client queries

· Managing yearly calendar dates for training days/events

· Updating the CRM ensuring the information is accurate and reliable

· Taking card payments when necessary

· Visiting venues and attending events across the country

· General office support

You’ll be the ideal candidate due to your:

· At least two years’ experience of working in a relevant role

· Adept at business requirement analysis with a focus on reducing development effort and simplifying delivery

· Excellent presentation and demonstration skills

· Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

· Excellent attention to detail

· Organisation and planning - plans, organises and schedules in an efficient manner, focuses on key priorities

· Organised and able to manage calendars, meetings, and documentation

· Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and tasks

· Able to plan and prioritise your time effectively and efficiently

· Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills, with particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint
