We are seeking an Operations Director to lead production, textiles, warehouse, and operational teams, driving efficiency, quality, and sustainable growth from our Head Office in Leek.

Operational Leadership:

Lead production, textiles, warehouse and business support teams

Partner with design on manufacturability and product development

Deep understanding of UK Health and Safety requirement
