You'll be responsible for:

Leading manufacturing operations to deliver safety, quality, service and production targets.
Delivering continuous improvements and operational efficiency across the site.
Providing leadership across production, engineering, quality, warehousing and HSE teams.

Proven experience as an Operations, Manufacturing or Production Director
A strong track record in delivering improvements using lean manufacturing techniques
A hands-on leadership approach, capable of engaging and motivating staff on the shop floor while also liaising with other directors at the board level
Experience in an FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Chemical Manufacturing or Automotive/Aerospace background (advantageous)
