What you’ll do:

* Empower, inspire, mentor, and motivate the exceptional onsite team. You will have direct reports from a specialist team of managers, as well as indirect management of the large-scale delivery teams and contractors.

* Deliver a best-in-class guest experience through strategic and innovative operational planning, implementation, and leadership.

* Full accountability for the day-to-day operation of Derbion across both hard and soft services, ESG strategies, compliance, and health & safety.

* Will have a wealth of experience leading a large operation within a customer-centric environment.

* Will have a background in large scale total facilities management.
