NES Fircroft are currently working with a large Oilfield Services provider who are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their team in Aberdeen on initially a 6-month contract.
Some of the responsibilities include:
• Responsible for delivery of a maintenance/repair/refurbishment activity to the internal customer (project team), working across multiple functions (planning, engineering, procurement, quality control) to deliver in line with customer requirement
• Managing the repair/modification process through the ERP - visit, WO, operation management.
• The management of lifting equipment and alignment with vendor that the lifting gear register is accurately maintained.
• Driving planning and coordination efforts to reduce repair lead-times through the workshop.
• Assessing the financial impact and cost benefits of rework, replacement or substitution of tools or components.
Requirements:
• Demonstrate an understanding of Manufacturing Processes.
• Demonstrate ERP (Oracle) experience.
