Operations Controller – FTC 12 months
£30,000 –£35,000 (DOE)

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an Operations Controller to join an Energy company to provide maternity cover whilst their current Operations Controller is on Maternity leave. This role will be a Fixed Term Contract for a minimum of 12 months, with the company’s expansion and growth, it is anticipated to move to a permanent role within the team.
As the Operations Controller, you will be responsible for:
Providing data and analysis to help with the tracking of the departments KPI’s
Implementation of efficient and compliant related operations
Support the Operations Leadership Team
Work with the Operations Coordinator to monitor and report on Planned/Corrective and reactive maintenance
Audit operational data using CMMS Systems
Drive change, to ensure compliance, reviewing and delivering recommendations to improve CMMS and the companies’ operational processes
Reporting to external clients and work closely with the internal contract management team
Providing in depth analysis and reporting to assist operations management
Manage departmental budgeting, forecasting and financial performance
Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
Qualified in or Experience within Business Management, Accounting, Finance or Data Analytics
Strong skills working with Microsoft Excel / Power BI/ SharePoint
Advanced IT skills – using CMMS/CAFM
Be able to find solutions for Operational queries and provide reliable information
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Be able to work with multiple systems simultaneously
