Must have’s
* Previous experience leading, coordinating and delivering operational projects, process improvements or system changes
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Leadership experience with the ability to support, mentor and develop teams
* Experience working with CRM systems, operational systems or workflow platforms
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to coordinate testing, implementation activities and process rollouts
* Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
* Passion for driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Nice to have’s
* Experience working within a regulated environment
* Consumer credit or financial services experience
* Experience with systems integrations, migrations or automation projects
* Database management, coding or data extraction experience
So, what will you be doing?
* Training, mentoring and supporting the Operations team
* Leading operational and systems-based projects from planning through to delivery
* Managing project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications
* Coordinating testing, implementation and post-launch support
* Supporting the onboarding of new business partners and service providers
* Creating and maintaining accurate records within CRM and internal systems
* Setting up onboarding documentation, system permissions and commercial information
* Acting as a key contact for onboarding updates and operational queries
* Working with internal teams and third-party providers to improve systems and processes
* Identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies
* Supporting system configuration, troubleshooting and business change activities
* Producing project documentation, process maps and operational procedures
* Providing senior operational support and escalation where required
* Driving continuous improvement and successful adoption of new processes across the business
Helpful extras
* Hybrid working with three days in the office and one day working remotely
