Operations and Logistics Co-Ordinator

Description:

Our client is a Scottish Highland based company operating from their bespoke premises in Invergordon with Operations in Europe and USA. With their target market in the Onshore/Offshore renewables and the traditional Oil & Gas industries providing the full range of IRM supporting services.

Due to rapid growth this is a great  opportunity to join an expanding company. 

The key responsibilities of this role are:

Logistics & Materials

· Following the procedures and processes for Goods In & Out

· Liaising with the Operations / Logistics Supervisor for Equipment / Material Requirements

· Equipment Inspection

· Packing & Palletising Equipment

· Deliveries / Collections

· Forklift Operations

· Rope Access Equipment

· Unique Material Numbers

Admin

· Maintaining and updating Equipment Registers – Equipment / Materials / Hires

· Creating Equipment Manifests / Delivery Notes / Packing Lists

· Maintaining and updating PPE Issue Register.

· Prepare and submit relevant documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Procurement

· Ordering and coordinating of Consumables, Materials & Hired Equipment

Housekeeping

· Maintain good housekeeping (Office / Stores / Materials / Stockyard & Laydown Areas)

Any other duties as and when may be required.
