Operations and Customer Experience Manager, Responsibilities
Trip logistics: Manage suppliers, logistics, trip budgets
Participant journey: Owning the journey from registration through fundraising and trip readiness to successful challenge completion and post-trip follow up
Proactive support: Monitor cohort activity, challenge leader engagement and fundraising
Operations and Customer Experience Manager, Skills Required
A hands-on travel operations manager with strong customer experience skills
Alternatively strong groups operations experience
Confident with systems and Excel
Additional Information
Paying £33K - £43K depending on experience
Hybrid 2 days in the office Mon and Thur
Offices based central London
Working Mon - Fri
Able to take out of hours phone 4-5 weeks a year, allowance paid
24 days hol + bank holidays
Free trip approx every 18 months
