Description:
Operations Administrator needed for a part time perm postion in Kintore.
This will be a flexible part time position.
Key responsibilites -
* Provide excellent customer (internal and external) service through the development of relationships and positive communications skills.
* Foster an environment of good communication between the Workshop, the Hire Desk, our Regional Operations Teams and Clients.
* Supporting the Hire Desk with effective and efficient use of the G42 system including the use of reports from the system to manage customer orders from start to finish of hire.
* Supporting the Certification Co-ordinator to compile certification packs for asset mobilisations.
* You may be required to assist within other areas of the Operations Team, including HSEQ, travel logistics and general administrative duties.
* Ensure that at all times you are working in accordance with the company’s HSEQ policies and procedures.
* Ensure the appropriate departmental procedures are maintained and updated as requested
