We are seeking a dedicated Operations Administrator to support our factory operations. This role involves assisting the Factory General Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth and efficient factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Factory General Manager.
Documentation
: Manage and maintain accurate records, including production schedules, inventory logs, and compliance documents.
Communication
: Serve as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Scheduling
: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments and coordinating factory tours.
Data Entry
: Accurately input data into various systems and generate reports as required.
Inventory Management
: Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed.
Compliance
: Ensure all factory operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Problem-Solving
: Address and resolve any administrative issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to factory operations.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
Skills
: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Communication
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency
