Hours of work: 40 hours per week, 8:30am - 5pm

Principal Responsibilities:

Provide admin support to MRF management team and carry out any reasonable requests.
Ensure all documentation is kept in line with internal policies & procedures.
Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely collections of outgoing material and provide sales forecasts for each material.
Provide support to the management team to maintain company Quality, Environmental & Safety accreditations.
Carry out compliance checks to ensure operations are run in line with Quality, Environmental & Safety accreditations (ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO 45001).
Maintain weighbridge reporting system for site operations (managing collection slots).
Maintain material quality database to ensure compliance with MRF Code OF Practice regulations.
Carry out site inductions on visitors where required.
Complete accurate and detailed records for the export of materials in line with legislation.
Collate detailed and summarised records by inputting information onto the computer and extracting statistics on a weekly/monthly basis for the site Supervisor/Manager.
Carry out month end reporting and provide information to Manager on a monthly basis.
Support maintenance department where required to ensure SAP recording system is fully utilised.
Respond to telephone and email enquiries and instructions.
Take notes in various meetings where required.
Record Mobile Plant fuel usage.
Undertake all tasks in accordance with the Company's Quality and Environmental Management System and Health and Safety Regulations.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience within a similar role is required to be successful in this position.
Good all round administrative ability.
Numerical ability with attention to detail.
Methodical and organised.
Knowledge of waste legislation would be desirable.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
An effective team member with good communication skills.
IT literate; Google suite experience is desirable.
Must be able to travel between locations where required (10 miles apart)
