Administrative Acquisitions Coordinator - Brand New Role!
Location: Onsite, Walsall (Free parking available)
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in office
Do you have a keen interest for acquisitions or perhaps property? Are you passionate about supporting your stakeholders to ensure seamless operations?
GRG are partnering exclusively with a rapidly expanding company who specialises with acquisitions. In this newly-created role, you will be working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment & will be the first point of contact for the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for new offices during acquisitions, addressing queries and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Work within an adaptable environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in managing changing priorities.
Utilise strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel and office administration tasks.
Manage internal systems, including adding and removing users as required.
Possess a good understanding of general Microsoft Office, to complete a variety of general day-to-day operational administrative tasks.
Foster a positive and easy-going attitude, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Coordinate team socials and events
Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking initiative and managing tasks efficiently.Requirements:
Previous experience in office administration and acquisitions coordination is preferred.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with internal systems management is desirable.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
