Permanent – Full Time 37.5 Hours
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our team within Lovell East Anglia region, based at our Norwich office.
This role includes working closely with both Site Teams and other Operations Administrators to provide full administrative support in relation to the following tasks:
* Issuing drawings to sites and subcontractors
* Copying and printing large batches of drawings
* Producing, populating, and maintaining job files
* Administrative support for the site teams
* Attend and minute subcontractor, client and job review meetings as and when required
* Produce home user guides, handover files and monthly sales reports
* Use of our Project Plus database; reviewing, updating and managing drawings
* General office administration duties; scanning, printing, filing and binding of documents
* Reception cover for half a day each week or lunchtime cover, as and when required
This role would suit someone who has proven experience working within a busy office environment, who is competent in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. With excellent customer services skills, you will be confident liaising with contracts managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients.
You will also be required to occasionally travel to sites in our Kings Lynn area, so you must hold a full driving license.
