Operations Administrator (No experience needed!)

£22,000

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Cardiff (5 minute walk from Queen Street Station)

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join a well established financial Institution with a global presence. The successful candidate will be based out of their Cardiff office and will be supporting the Operations and Finance teams with a range of duties including office admin, document creation, data entry and account management.

There will be full training provided on our clients systems and processes as well as opportunities for the right candidate to progress and develop their skills in Finance or Accounting. Due to the training on offer, we welcome all applications including those with no work experience, however the following would be desirable though not essential:

* Admin experience.

* Concise, confident communicator.

* Organised, methodical approach to workflow and documenting.

* High attention to detail.

* Financially minded or interested in learning about the industry.

* Confident with multi-tasking in both long and short term projects.

* Ability to pivot between operational and transactional tasks with ease.

Operations Administrator Job Duties:

* To create documentation to support the purchase and funding of invoices for new and existing clients.

* Liaise with the Finance Team to ensure client facility and insurance coverage limits are not breached.

* Represent the mid-office function in daily meetings with the CEO and Finance Teams where necessary.

* Update client overviews daily. Accurately recording the detail and timeline of each deal for internal stakeholders and audit purposes.

* Ensure documentation is filed to convention in both the document library (GDrive) and CRM (Capsule).

* Communicate with clients on new funding deals.

* Carry out due diligence on new debtors and all invoices submitted for funding according to credit policy. Flagging any non-compliance.

* Support the wider operational team when needed, including facilities tasks.
