Description:
We are looking for a reliable and capable Operations Support Admin on a fixed term contract based in the Peterborough area.
You will be responsible will be to support the order management process for the Seed & Point of sale divisions at PE2 alongside the relevant department heads, work together with the Dispatch Workflow Co-ordinator and manage the dispatches of all sales orders daily ex PE2 for all areas both pallet and parcel route and ensure that all bespoke documentation is produced so all orders leaving the site are compliant with specific customer requirements
Additional job / role specific requirements are as follows:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekend requirements
- Working Hours: 07:00 -> 16:00 and Friday 07:00-12:30
- Training Period may vary
Breaks: 30 mins Unpaid
Pay Rate: £12.15 per hour + TNA
- Own Transport Desired
- Potential requirements to travel to other sites.
- Interviews most likely will include a small admin test to understand candidates basic admin & data skills via Excel & WHMS’s.
