Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of operational risk across all areas of the business, identifying potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks and procedures to enhance operational resilience.
* Monitor key operational risk indicators and trends, providing timely insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
* Participate in the development and enhancement of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
* Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes related to operational risk management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk analysis within the financial services industry.
* Solid understanding of operational risk frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
