The Operational Excellence Manager is expected to help Edenred PayTech transform our business in the next three years as we help Edenred scale its digital platform advantage and extend its reach in new geographies and services. They will work in close coordination with all the relevant teams inside Edenred PayTech (transversal role) and across Edenred Group to build and support a clear vision on the Operational Excellence priorities for Edenred PayTech. You will help track the key achievements, areas for improvement and will be able to drive key, transformative business initiatives.

Operational Excellence at Edenred PayTech is defined across three main pillars.

What you’ll do

* Develop and implement an Operational Excellence Strategy aligned with our company’s goals and objectives

* Lead the Operational Excellence framework of Edenred PayTech and the process for monitoring operational performance KPIs and OKRs across the Edenred PayTech organization.

* Conduct in-depth assessments of existing processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.

* Implement group-led Operational Excellence transversal action plans on identified priorities collaborating with teams across Edenred

* Work with the development team to fully leverage the latest tools (including AI and RPA) and benchmarks reflecting Edenred’s commitment to staying at the forefront of technology innovations

* Support preparation of key governance topics: strategic planning, budget & financial forecasts, regional meetings in the area of competence

* Be the main point of contact of all stakeholders (Business Lines and Group) on business and operational performance KPIs and reporting for the region.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives particularly in new services for Edenred PayTech or key strategic programmes

* Champion and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, fostering a data-driven and problem-solving mindset across all levels.

What we're looking for:

* Business/strategy consulting background

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Robust analytical skills, to drive financial and non-financial performance analysis autonomously.

* Proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI)

* RPA and AI tools experience

* Ability to prepare clear/sharp documents for decisions based on data (e.g., business cases, operational KPIs, customer insights)

* Project management skills, incl. planning management as well as governance management

* Strong oral and written communication

* Mastering all Office suite tools (excel, PowerPoint, …)

* Able to manage prioritization

* Able to manage several projects in parallel

* Curious and highly motivated to learn and grow
