Operational Due Diligence Analyst
Stevenage
Contract - 6 Months (3 Days a week onsite)
Salary £35.00 per hour Umbrella
ARM has an exciting opportunity for a Operational Due Diligence Analyst to join a fast-paced team at a Global Defence Company.
As Operational Due Diligence Analyst you will be required to carry out functional activities in the supplier on-boarding and supplier risk processes.
The Role:
* Monitor Ethics & financial outputs and supplier questionnaires
* Distribute electronic campaigns to suppliers declarations
* Work closely with the Supplier on-boarding Governance, running the committee of approval, implementing and tracking decision
* Must be able to support the business within the e-procurement tool for Due diligence and on-boarding
* Will be required to support compliance policies, internal controls, regulatory processes and KPI preparation
Requirements:
* Keen proactive individual who can prioritise tasks and meet critical deadlines
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
* Experience within supplier due diligence and on-boarding
* Must be able to analyse data and be able to present in a clear and concise way
* Previous knowledge of procurement
* Comfortable liaising with stakeholders
