Onboarding Assistant 
£16.00 – 18.00 per hour

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, high-calibre Onboarding Assistant. This role offers exposure across all aspects of the business and would be well suited to a highly organised HR/Talent Administrator with excellent attention to detail who is looking to grow their career and is eager to learn new skills. 
 
What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for all onboarding queries from new starters and hiring managers.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Prepare and issue contracts of employment, offer letters, and new starter documentation.
Carry out pre-employment checks, including right to work verification and reference requests.
Schedule induction sessions and ensure new employees have the necessary equipment, system access, and information before their start date.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems in a timely manner.
Liaise with internal departments to support a smooth transition for new employees into the business.
Monitor onboarding activities and follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure compliance.
Provide administrative support to the wider HR team as required.
Contribute to continuous improvements in onboarding processes and employee experience initiatives.What You'll Need:

Previous experience as a Human Resources Administrator, Onboarding Coordinator, or within an HR administration role.
Previous experience in a support role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience using HR systems and managing employee records is desirable.
