OFSTED Business Development Manager
Hybrid
£55,000 - £65,000 + 10% Bonus
We're recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of Ofsted-regulated Independent Special Schools.
You'll develop relationships with Local Authorities and Commissioners, increase occupancy, identify new placement opportunities, manage referral pipelines and work closely with operational teams to support continued service growth.
What you'll need:
Minimum 3 years' Business Development experience within Education, SEND or Children's Social Care
Strong understanding of EHCPs and Local Authority commissioning
Experience building relationships with Commissioners and stakeholders
Commercially focused with a proven track record of growing services
Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel
