The Drilling Fluids Engineer is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable drilling fluids services to customers in an offshore environment. The role involves providing technical support during drilling operations, ensuring service quality, managing operational risks, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, efficient and reliable drilling fluids services during offshore operations.

Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.

Take responsibility for the successful execution of offshore service delivery.

Monitor drilling fluid performance and identify opportunities to improve service quality.

Participate in job risk assessments and implement appropriate risk-control measures.

Conduct required self-assessments, wellsite inspections and safety checks.

Participate in Service Quality Meetings and contribute to performance improvement plans.

Actively participate in HSE and Quality initiatives
